I'm officially done with this place. Besides the expired food and the death smell from the meat section, their customer service is the worst of all the supermarkets in bay ridge. That's saying a lot, since they are all horrible. Where do they find these people?

Sale prices are not adjusted when rung up or have misleading signs. It's happened multiple times. I gave up and I started ordering most of my groceries online.

I recently had an outstanding shopping experience at [Supermarket Name]. From the moment I entered the store, I was impressed by the clean and organized layout, making it easy to navigate through the aisles. The staff were not only friendly but also incredibly helpful, readily available to assist with any questions I had.What truly set this supermarket apart was the wide range of high-quality products available. From fresh produce to pantry staples, the selection was diverse and well-stocked. The freshness of the produce was especially notable, and I appreciated the attention to quality.

When checking out on self checkout I've been stopped at least 3 times only to find everything was checked. My son was assaulted once as they thought he robbed something. Turns out wrong again, so instead of being humiliated I decided never to use self check out again Problem here is that the lines back up and you have one register closed. Why? can no one see that the lines are backed up and there are people not willing to wait an unreasonable amount of time to check out when you could open another register. And the ones up front watching the self check out have nothing better to do than swing their employee id on a rope. Soon someone will get hit with the id card while they're swinging them while people are exiting the store. Grow up. By the way, checking peoples personal bags is illegal and instead of standing around with attitude swinging their ids around they could be helping with checking out instead of harassing people who are just trying to check out and go on their way.

SuperFresh is a great grocery store in South Brooklyn! They recently began offering camel milk from Camel Culture - very healthy, low lactose, and my daughter loves the taste! They also have good prices on meat, a cafe with plenty of seating and Illy espresso, and a covered parking garage across the street.

Their ID policy is ridiculous. I used to go there everyday for food and household products. I tried to buy beer.After waiting on line for 20 minutes they tell me they can’t sell me beer because I didn’t bring my ID. I’m more than oldEnough. I won’t be going back anymore.

Some staff members are really kind, caring, helpful - especially the sushi makers. The store is there and open long hours which I appreciate and sometimes there are good discounted sale prices. I feel like the quality is questionable too often though, and by this I mean about 7 out of 10 shopping trips there is something either outdated or properly dated but spoiled. Being that this is the case, the return should be less like being interrogated, spending so much time processing the return since it has to be done within 3 days which is inconvenient and annoying. I have tried a few times to bring the item back on the 4th day or just the receipt if its meat that needs to be thrown out and I can never return the thing. Being there is so much of this that happens either get better with whatever it will take to not have so many spoiled items or be more relaxed with returns which I have encountered at other markets. I hate having to suck it up but I just can't always make it back to the store.

If you shop at the SuperFresh on 242 Bay Ridge Ave, please keep an eye on your receipt. I understand that sales change weekly, so maintaining the pricing in the system constantly may result in a few items not being adjusted. It's expected. I have this problem at least 2x a month at this location for years. However, having a cashier accusing customers of stealing when they correct them about pricing, getting angry that the customer takes the initiative to ask other employees to verify the correct price and even walk back to the aisle to show a picture of the item, then lecturing them about how the customer inconvenienced them is just bad for business. The manager didn't try to ease the situation and didnt seem bothered about the pricing issue. Before you accuse me, a customer that has been shopping at this location since they opened, or any customer of stealing for correcting your cashier that a price is incorrect, look at how your pricing system is stealing from your customers. This ain't the first or second time, but will be last time I shop there.

It's a large/well-stocked grocery market. The lines are typically short. On the few occassions when they were slightly longer...they moved rapidly. As added bonuses, they have several vegan options, AND there's a small coffee house located within the market. Often times, I've sat down to a cup of tea or coffee, caught up on emails- then shopped. *Note: Be sure to sign up for a store card, to save on your bill.SuperFresh gets my vote! #satisfiedcustomer

Went here 715am last Sunday morning ask about the hot breakfast, there was none being serve. Then ask a lady working there about getting a Sandwich, she told Me to ask the guy behind the deli counter, he told Me to ask the woman I just spoke too. That's when I thank him and left empty handed

This store is convenient to me. I like the selection, the advertised prices and the staff are good. My complaint is that there are many errors in the prices charged. An item will be advertised at one price, but the price charged will often enough be another, higher price. The staff will generally make it right if you point out the error - but the price in the computer won't be changed. The next customer will be overcharged. Not OK, and I've started shopping at other stores, where these " errors " do not occur.
