Horrible customer service called said they had part trekked thru ice storm got there couldn't get in building called again was hung up on when I finally got in after 2 more phone calls was told they didn't have part.

Very bad customer service the lady who answered the phone was so rude and disrespectful she hang up on me 3 times you should hire the right and respectful people not good service for business

HORRIBLE IN EVERY WAY. They have a system; You call and listen to the prompts. After 20 seconds someone will answer and ask you to hold, before you could answer yes, your on hold for about 2- 3 min. If your lucky, they have the part and you order it. They promise to deliver and never do? you have to call back for them to tell you the part or delivery never made it. Nice way to run a company! Now you've missed your dead line too. Happen's 8 out of 10 times.
