I ordered steel mesh from them, agreeing they'd deliver good quality, but they ended up delivering two defective meshes. Are they hoping I'll return them or what? Or are they just blaming the defective parts on their customers?

I called Kings to inquire for some special bricks.
The sales person BYRON BARRETO who answered the call. This sales person was above and beyond with his customer service.
I called few other places before kings and I felt they weren't interested to get my business.
BYRON located the bricks send me the pictures with sizes. He also sold me bundle of diamond lath wire mesh.
His personality was very respectful and professional. I told BYRON that his boss are very lucky to have him.
The prices were much better than competitors.

There is a guy MO there he treated me and my Boss like garbage he claims he can multi task but he treats Costemers like trash ,save your self trouble go to the store on Utica Ave there is another kings material, when I went to Utica I was treated like a normal human being and I placed my order there so stay away from the Dahil road store
