Ordered off of the sizing chart provided. The gi was too big. Was told to order a size smaller and return the A2 for a full refund. I did not receive a full refund as I was told I would. The A1 that was sent to me had horrible stitching problems all around the gi pant inseams and gi top. Some of the stitching was torn and coming undone. Messaged the company pictures of the defective product and was told I had two options. One was to keep the gi and deal with it or option two was to return the gi for a “full refund on this return” I will never buy from this business again and will be sure to tell teammates and other practitioners about my experience with their product and customer service.

I ordered an Adidas Judo Gi and was delivered fine, the only problem was the size. Although the Gi is very cool, it very big, so I decided to contact Kinji San in order to see if I could change it for a smaller size. I called a few times, left a few messages with my phone number and my email but got no response whatsoever. I also sent a few messages directly through their website, but I still have got no reply. No return policy form this business and very unprofessional in customer service. I do not recommend them.
