Im not the type of person to make reviews I never have, but I need to comment. I wanted to make a return and I didn’t have the receipt for the item, as I got it as a gift and I didn’t like it, my cashier was this olive tone short haired lady with a Russian accent, I made this return between 8:15-8:30 pm. I wanted to return with ID and I told her I done it before in the past year, so I thought it was possible with the item I wanted to return. She looked at me funny and was refusing to do the return, asking where the “ticket” was, I didn’t understand her and asked why she said there’s a new policy for 90 days only. I asked is this the ticket, pointing to tag that was still attached to item. She began to smell the sweater, lmao I never seen that before, and was giving me so much attitude, she was saying if it was used she would never do the return. I told her 2-3 times I got it as a gift a while back it’s been in a bag I haven’t touched it. The sweater was in pretty good condition, so I don’t understand her hostility. Really uncalled for.

Any place can have an off day, but Kohl's, like many stores that have no or few associates, has seen many better days. Some aisles are cramped, people leave items they don't want wherever, the fitting rooms are either unattended or if my visit was anything to go by, supervised by an associate who snaps at customers. They need more help.

Be very cautious with your Amazon returns. Many of the staff members scan your item but then press cancel it: which prints out null tickets. Resulting in your items not being returned.
After a few discrepancies with Amazon I started paying attention to the receipt, and I noticed that I will return 10 items but only three will show up on the receipt after the staff scan everything. So I tell the staff that items are missing. The staff members then get very upset and vocal with you, but I don't leave until my receipt states all the items that I am returning. I tried to approach management but nobody seems to care if anything they just get upset with you for holding up the line.

Selection has become quite poor. The elevator doesn't work. Only 2 cashiers working on a saturday.
