We needed a printer at the last minute and was referred by the funeral home handling our loved one's burial. We were stressed with the last minute change but Kre8tive Printing was great. Naomi was so attentive and pleasant. Their pricing is also more than fair. I am very satisfied with their work and we will be back and referring!!!

Absolutely amazing! I placed a custom T-shirt order for my mom’s retirement party and am extremely satisfied with the results and customer service throughout this experience. Before starting my order, the staff was nice enough to send me a visual sample of what my shirts would look like. Once they started the process, my order was completed within a week! They also made sure to communicate with me throughout the process. I was so happy when I picked up my order. The staff was welcoming and the store was clean. I highly recommend!

You can count on them for all your printing needs!I called three local printing shops to confirm that they were open that day and sought confirmation that they were able to provide the services that I needed.When I called Creative Printing & Designs a young lady answered my call. Her tone was welcoming, informative, and professional. But the great experience didn't stop there.As soon as you approach Creative Printing & Designs you can't help but notice the bright, and modern design. But let me bring it back to the purpose of my review. I was greeted by the most professional, helpful, resourceful young lady, Nyomi. I immediately knew this was the same young lady I spoke to on the phone -a few moments prior.The customer just ahead of me was gathering up her items all awhile expressing her gratitude and appreciation for the great customer service I too soon would experience.I needed a substantial amount of pages to be printed. Rather than the typical awkward silence one would expect while waiting: Nyomi seized the opportunity to discuss the other services that they provide. Again, this further attest to her commitment to customer service and whom she represents. Nyomi's possesses the ability to multitask, remain positive and supersede your expectations of standard customer service. She really made the experience fantastic and I look forward to recommending and using their services again because of her.Their rates are reasonable, their services are fantastic and I certainly recommend them for your simplest or most complex printing task.

Kre8tive is truly top tier when it comes to graphic design and customer service. We were referred to them by a funeral home who was impressed by one of the programs they did for a family. I took note and used them for my mother in law’s funeral program. They contacted me very quickly after receiving the info, understood my vision and executed it beautifully. I love that they are a minority company that does things with excellence. I would definitely recommend them.

I needed a place that would be able to complete the work that I needed to be done in a timely fashion. After searching on Google’s search engine, I decided to support this black-owned business and felt confident that this was the right place for me. The young lady that helped me was very patient and helpful during the most difficult time of my life after the passing of my father. The obituary programs came out beautiful and everyone complimented them. The thank you cards are wonderful as well. Prices are affordable for quality work. I needed reassurance that a time-sensitive project would be completed on time and I found that here at Kre8tive Printing and Designs. In addition to time, I also needed quality work done. I googled printing shops nearest to my location and this is one of the options that appeared on the search engine. It is a small business and it is black-owned so I didn't hesitate to support it with my business. It is extremely hard to make decisions when emotionally broken about the loss of a loved one but the young lady was helpful, patient, and kind. The obituary programs for my father's funeral were beautiful. I've decided to purchase thank you cards from them as well because I'm a happy customer. If you need printing services, call or stop by.
