This place was incredibly was dirty (not old, just filthy) and they were trying to tell me that I had a wait time of 25 minutes to a half-an-hour after my appointment knowing I was fasting.

Recently visited this office w/ my 2 year old & the patient care was horrible. The phlebotomist was impatient, unkind & negligent when drawing his blood. Not only did she have to keep Repositioning the needle she had to stick him more than once. I understand it would’ve been painful regardless but the entire experience could’ve been better if she was just a bit more attentive.

I spoken to a lovely lady name Zona. She was so helpful and patience. She deserve a raise and bonus. She's a good asset to your company. Good positive vibe people a hard to find. She's a good one!

Amazing experience. Before coming here, I was supposed to get blood work at my PCP but I was poked 6 times with no success. Here, Audrey was absolutely amazing and she got my vein right away. I am beyond impressed and appreciative of how caring she was. Will definitely be returning here!! Thanks so much for making my day Audreg and the rest of the staff there

The staff at Labcorp are exceptional! From the receptionist to the lab technicians, I have experienced them all to be highly professional, knowledgable, helpful and polite.
I have rolling veins, which make it very challenging and often painful to have my bloodwork done. Zona was able to find my vein on the first attempt, painlessly and successfully, as she has done several times before. I can't be more grateful to her and her expertise.
I have always found the staff at the Ralph Ave Labcorp to be very accommodating and efficient. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else.

I wish I could give zero stars. The worst lab corp in America. I will never return here. Worst customer service. No empathy, no compassion, none friendly. I came on 3/19/2024 at around 2pm. Two reception women were cold. Phlebotomist cold. Worst customer service ever. I hate it there. Management need to do a clean up with staff there. Read the other reviews....no one is lying..I promise you! And any review who says they are nice in there are either themselves making reviews or their family members because there is no way.....management go back to 3/19/2024 and look at who was working there that day and make some changes. Thanks :)

Very unprofessional and unfriendly. During my routine bloodwork I was told by one of the women working there to put some clothes on the next time I came to the lab. Saying a young woman is dressing like it's summertime and calling her sexy is not appropriate in any instance, let alone when someone is just trying to get their blood tests done. I hope they reevaluate what type of atmosphere they're encouraging by having these people here despite the many reviews stating that they're rude.

This place needs to be investigated for its customer care and service the attendants are rude and never helpful this is not the attitude of a health care professional fix it or I will definitely be taking the right actions to #BOYCOTT this establishment.

Staff was very rude. The lady behind window wouldn't even look up at me when I was asking questions....she had a huge additude problem . I could tell the rest of staff was miserable as well. Hated it
