What are they doing here is saying different rules from New York State and the lady is totally mess didn’t know how to speak to someone waited there for the drug test then told their time is over even that the facility close at 3 I was there before 2 don’t waste your time to this location also said they are not getting paid for the tests so what they do

Attention please, this place is the worst place you can ever do or trust. Many incorrect results, lack of punctuality, poor customer service that is not helpful at all, and unprofessional staff inside the labs. I had my credit card stolen after I signed a paper stating that they would only take fifty dollars from my bank account if my insurance did not cover the tests. I signed the paper that said they had the authority and right to access my account, which was a huge mistake on my part to allow them to take my credit card. Two transactions were withdrawn from my account, the first amounting to $700 and the second transaction amounting to $900 to an anonymous account called Ria. This happened after they were granted access to my card and I did not use the card anywhere after I signed this paper. Eventually I called my bank and everything was returned. I advise everyone to stay away from this place if you fear for your health.? The first employee was in the Bay Parkway area. It was February 12th. It was around 1:30pm. I had my signature on the money paper before the exams. The second was the employee on Ocean Avenue. Her name is Elena. This employee performed the wrong test for me, even though my doctor sent me a paper stating what test I wanted, and I also asked her to do the Hep B test, but she failed another test Hep A. I was doing tests for my college.!!

Helen and Alexandra are top tier customer service, compassion and efficiency personified! I had made a visit to this lab a while ago and Alexandra serviced me. She was wonderful, sweet and funny. I was in and out. This experience was no different ! I had arrived at the lab a bit before closing hours and she was able to take my complete lab panel. She was not mean, nasty of nasty like most staff would be for a customer coming in a half hour to close. I am afraid of needles and and she did not laugh and out me at ease. Helen was also patient .. I know I’m a big baby when it comes to needles. It is what it is. Either way. I hope that someone from upper leadership sees this review and recognized these two ladies accordingly. Thank you Helen and Alexandra! ☺️

Very disrespectful and and unprofessional.They made you wait for no reason and at last at 2:50 pm she told me they are closed I have to go to other locations or come back on Monday. B***h you were supposed to open until 3pm. And ywhy you made me wait half hour

Worst place ever. White lady spoke to me in a condescending manner and when it came time for my appointment, she called for someone else who came in after me. My time and money was wasted here when I could have gone elsewhere.

DO NOT GO HERE.I dropped off my mother for routine lab work. It's supposed to be a quick visit. Her appointment was at 3:00pm. When she got there, there were four others ahead of her for 2:30pm appointments still waiting. The doctor was allegdly "looking for parking". Mind you, I parked two blocks away and it took me less than 5 minutes to find the spot. Just say he's late. Don't make up stories. Then the RUDENESS of the staff is unbelievable. This office is clearly unorganized and doesn't respect their patients.
