The doc send referrals through email and this place can’t ever receive my emails idk if they block the patients in order not to work or something because every time I come I have to send it 20 times until they just feel like looking at my phone when they could do that from the start

Very efficient. Just make appointment ahead of time and be on time. Be polite to the staff, and they will respond politely.

I give 5 stars only because of one worker named Olesya! she was the only one at the front desk and she was the only one who took blood and other tests from clients. the person was simply torn to pieces trying to serve everyone quickly, very polite, very professional. the other two women apparently work there as decorations…
