The most horrible place and service. There are two people working. One is a nice woman. The other is such a nasty rude woman. I waited in line for 2 hours. I was not accepted until, excuse me, the urine was poured out. It's just awful. Half a day of wasted time.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE! First of all I just WASTED MY MONEY AND TIME by going just to be told that appointments made via online are not acceptable. These kind of things should be stated on their website! The rude and nasty attitude of the staff is a whole another issue. Either the staff has to be trained properly or fire them and get someone who can actually work with customers and knows how to talk with people instead of barking at customers like dogs! Horrible!!!!!! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!

Receptionist barely speaks English. Waiting room is about 33 degrees Fahrenheit. Waiting time is over two hours. TV doesn't work. Coffee sucks. Nit enough seating. Smells bad. Must I go on?

The doc send referrals through email and this place can’t ever receive my emails idk if they block the patients in order not to work or something because every time I come I have to send it 20 times until they just feel like looking at my phone when they could do that from the start

Rudeness and unprofessionalism of the reception staff is unbelievable. We didn't get any further - waited for an hour while the lady at the reception was yelling at everyone, including elderly patients and a mom with a little child, and left.

Avoid this location!!!!Absolutely rude staff.Specially Olesya was yelling at me.Had an appointment, people came and they were taken before me. when I said that they refused to service me and said that I was rude.when I tell her I will complain to the Labcorp office, she yelled that she careless because she looking for another job! I hope all this mess didn’t affect my test results. Never go there again. She cannot work there, she must learn how to talk and serve people. Awful

Hate LabCorp but I have to do my company' labwork here. Rude staff. Check-in ridiculous missing options. I came earliest that I have to go to work after. I was back in the line. Staff opens the door then disappear. I was screaming to get someone to answer. Open 7-3 is useless.

Terrible service; the person who was attending me was so disrespectful and rude; she was rushing me immediately when I didn't even have 5 minutes with her; her name is LESYA PETRICHENKO. I don't even understand what she's doing in this establishment if she can't treat people with kindness. I had come in smiling and greeting her. As soon as I entered the room, she was yelling my name and screaming at me to get out. She yelled so loudly that the people outside could hear her. If you ever have to encounter this person, ask to be assisted by someone professional. This lady is nothing but unprofessional, disrespectful, and rude.

Very efficient. Just make appointment ahead of time and be on time. Be polite to the staff, and they will respond politely.
