This young black lady over in this office and when I walked in and she literally called my name and after she saw it was me she said oh no u need to make an appointment and has a very nasty attitude, I’ve been doing drug test here for at least 5/7 years and this lady is the worst and shouldn’t be in the medical or service field at all !

There is an employee there who treats you as if she owns the place, but she is not even fit to be a cleaner. She has no morals and does not behave in a lawful manner. The problem is that she is considered a nurse, a poor choice by the management and a well-established company.

dirty disgusting bathrooms, they don’t want to flush the bathroom before calling the next person in line. The person at the front desk with glasses doesn’t know what she’s doing either she called me to go inside and then told me to come back out to let the person go who was in line after me. Need to do better!

I've had a great experience at this location. Umida has been a joy to deal with. She quickly found my records and appointment and almost painlessly draw my blood. There was no wait time at all. The lab itself is clean and has been easy to find. Even though it is not the closest location for me I'll keep coming here for my lab needs.

The place is very clean.
The staff are friendly and professional.
I was here for a drug test and it took me only 25 minutes in total compared to other places where you have to wait 45 minutes before they call you in. The staff here are working to get the job done, not the time over so they can leave. Good job !!!
