This place could be nice. It’s big and has parking in front. BUT! No matter what cycle you choose the water is always cold. You can’t do any whites here. But the worst thing is that every washer has black mold in the glass door and I’m pretty sure it’s against any health guidance. So I hope they clean up before the city shuts them down.

I’ve used this place for two years with no issues until today. When I went to go use the washer, I inserted my card but an error message popped up. I then tried again only to have the same message. Third try it finally worked but showed me it had in fact charged me for the first two swipes charging me $14 for those first two that supposedly didn’t work. When I tried to speak to someone on staff about it, they told me straight to my face that I was lying and didn’t even try to help me figure it out. I kept trying to get assistance but they ignored me.

Stopped here to use the restroom but it was out of service and only for patrons.
Parking in this area is crazy; police precinct and tons of schools occupy the parking.

I love this place! There is an abundance of washers and dryers. I had issues with the payment machine, they gave me my money back on the card. The dryers weren’t working correctly, they fixed it. Very good and nice staff!

WARNING! This place will STEAL your money. I reloaded my card and tried to add more time to the dryer and it just kept depleting the amount without putting any minutes on the dryer. Weird I tried with the next two machines and same thing happened until my card amount was to 2 cents..So I told the laundry attendant and she said “it’s because you don’t have any money on your card” I let her know I had just reloaded it..She called her boss and the owner said the machine “doesn’t just take your money automatically” and pretty much left it as that. I said “please check the cameras you can see in the video me putting cash to reload my card then putting the card into the rehire pushing bottoms and NOTHING.I work with computers come on don’t insult my intelligence. This is theft..Unfortunately after moving my laundry to the next machine to dry once folding… The end result was devastating. My clothes still smelled of the perfumes I wear and other scents, meaning the machine didn’t even wash my clothes, just wet them? So not only did this place not do the job I paid for but also stole my money and completely wasted my time.

Make sure that you bring cash for the reloadable card. The washing machines and dryers aren't coin operated.

This place is over charger prize I went to pick up the clothes and the paper said 70.00 $ but and the store the owner want to charger me 20 $ more for blanket but I told him they I have a blanket and him already changed me for that and I said is not fare but he said I’m the owner and you need to paid and he take my bag and said go go and I talk him I’m going to call the police because he overcharged and then him said to me paid 5 $ more and it’s ok never against this place don’t go to this place
