Normally I don’t give bad reviews but I have to say this is the first time that I will be doing that. I’m giving a one star because I put my clothes in a dryer and the dryer machine released a really bad smell. I went and told the two ladies in the front & they sent me “to the boss” a.k.a the really old lady. She said that it was my clothes that just smelled bad. Which I was offended because I use gain and suavitel detergent so there’s no reason for my clothes to “smell bad” point is when I asked them to put my clothes to wash again & for them to fix the machine so I don’t have to pay for it. Both of them were defensive, screamed & said that they weren’t going to pay for it or at least help me out with the smell of their machine. The lady was just side eyeing me and was calling someone on the phone (guaranteed they were talking about me). I’m very disappointed on this costumer service! They were no help & to top it off I had to PAY AGAIN to wash my clothes! Will definitely not bring my clothes here anymore. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE!!!!!

Very rude workers. They dont care about people. They keep yelling. One of them tried to snatch a cart from me.

Excellent place to go to do laundry, they always keep the machines very clean, the only problem is that some dryers do not heat up to maximum. His bathroom was always very clean.

A young girl is very rude and not professional at allI used to clean my clothes there but it’s a bad service ..the cut my bottom bra and they aren’t professional at all , the clothes smells not good so sad .. if it’s something less than 1 star I will give it to them .

Love this place! The ladies are so nice and caring and really takes care of the clothes from drop off. They give you a ticket when you drop off with the price after weighing the bag. Awesome place and so clean!

Been going to this laundromat for drop-off services for a year now and they’ve been great. Writing a review now for their exceptional +1 service in finding my credit card in my clothes and packaging it nicely with my stuff! Love these gals!

The best laundromat in all of bay ridge, their pick up and delivery service is exceptional and cheap, they do the laundry in the most excellent fashion packing everything into small bags for undergarments and socks, their laundromat itself is always clean and professionally staffed. The owner is a great guy! Would highly recommend for anyone even if you’re further away to use this laundromat, and I’ve used a few in bay ridge after my 3 years living here. Again excellent excellent service!
