The gentleman I worked with was nice and helpful. He did forget until I said something at the end to add specific documents into my tax profile. The building itself is why I am giving this location 2 stars. It was hard to breath, the floor has tiles missing and the chairs are falling apart. It was uncomfortable doing my taxes here. Management needs to fix up this place not only for customers but for the employees that work here.

Liberty Tax is the place for tax returns. Every year they surprise me with a better experience. If you happen to use the Franklin Ave store,ask for Benson.

This is my second year doing my taxes here I will be going back. Lisa did my taxes love when people know what they are doing. She was very greeting, she makes sure you understand everything before you leave, and get you in and out without sitting there so long having to wait?
