Horrible experience. I took my hat here to get it embroidered and the manager completely messed up the name. Couldn’t even fix the name and just offered a $16 refund for the embroidery when the hat itself cost $50

Awesome experience and very friendly staff. Alex, Herschell, Siobhan and Joey were helpful. Been a Lids customer for over a decade and always go back to that location in Kings Plaza whenever im there. Hooked me up with a throwback Curtis Martin J-E-T-S JETS JETS JETS jersey ✈️🙏

Not bad ,
If you like the embroidery to be nothing less than perfect don’t go here if you already have somewhere good .

Again not bad ,
Might go back for the 3rd time

Please do not go to this location the amount of unprofessionalism I experienced was traumatic. I have been going to this location for years I have witness the change in management so many times. But the new store manager for this location is horrible. When you come into the store she on a full blown conversation on FaceTime or video call. You can hear the inappropriate conversation it’s was not just me who notice as 2 other customers notice and walk out as they did not want to ask her for her service. She refused to give me her information as she said “all I need to know is that I’m the store manager”. I would like to find corporate number as multiple customers would like to make an report
