Terrible spot , I was out of the country . There system couldn’t process my automatic payment, so they sent me to collection and charged me with $200 fee .

I have been a loyal customer to lifestorage since the pandemic. In the span of 3 years I went from paying 80/mo to 200/mo. the rent for my unit went from 70$ to 167$, the insurance went from 12$ to 26$, and it went from 24/7 access to 12hr access. All while they've build another facility 2 blocks away from me, they must be making so much money! There are no promotions, gifts, discounts, ANYTHING, for loyal customers. Just increases and greed. I'm so happy that my 200$ a month contributed to them building a second location within a mile radius, maybe the rent will go back down now that that building is up and running.

The people who work here have bad attitudes. I let them know that my property was damaged from water they acted like they didn't know what I was talking about mean while there were carpet fans all over the basement. Like come on. I wouldn't go back here if you paid me not worth it
