I was there to rent the storage on October 25th , 6 pm, but The assistant was so rude and didn’t give me any help and information, she was just complaining why I disturbed her.
He was useless and super uncomfortable to talk to her.
I changed my mind and let’s the place

We encountered an issue with our storage unit due to a roof leak, which caused damage to some of my clothes. Namik guided me through the entire insurance process and assisted with the unit change. He was incredibly helpful and considerate throughout. However, I still have some questions for the storage management, as we expected at least a discount when switching to a more expensive unit due to the circumstances. I’m giving a 5-star rating solely for Namik, but I would give the storage facility management just 1 star.
