Ahmed, Vick, and Ricky are amazing. I was there ever since Ahmed started running the place and I got to say he’s really friendly with all his tenants, if there’s any problems as far as high rates he works with you to adjust them. He will literally go out of his way to help you and make you feel welcomed. I do love how clean the place is and is super convenient. My only down side is that the hours changed but besides that my experience with the company and the staff is amazing. Would always recommend this company to all my friends and family.

It’s rare to get great customer service nowadays but that’s exactly what Extra Space Storage delivers. Someone knew what they were doing when they hired Ahmed, who helped myself and my husband pick a space. He showed us several spaces and once it was chosen, walked us through where to enter the facility, how to enter the code, use the elevator, etc. Outstanding customer service. No figuring it out on our own! I’m very happy that this company chooses to have in-person staff during business hours to assist anyone who needs help.

First time leaving a review on Google. I was fascinated by the amazing customer service I have received at extra space storage. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and asked how my day was going. I believe the person that was assisting me was Ahmed. He went through various storage sizes and different pricing. He even assisted me with moving various items into my new storage unit.The place was meticulously clean, welcoming customer service, and pricing were perfect. I couldn’t ask for more.

I dropped into LifeStorage on a whim expecting to find the prices to be to expensive. Ricky was very friendly and helpful and quoted me an excellent rate. I'm very happy with LifeStorage and the customer service I received from Ricky.
