The lady who helped me today was very personal she went beyond and helped me out she made me feel so comfortable I was a little down and she put a smile on my face I was able to choose the right storage unit that will benefit my stuff and my wallet she deserves 5 stars and more

They weren’t very helpful with me trying to get a locker easily accessible to me I have a five by five and can physically not do a lot of stairs nor lifting. What was the recommendation? Go to another facility and open a new locker close my current one and be charged for the days that I’ve been there. Doesn’t sound very ADA friendly to me.

The workers theirs names are jade and jasmine they have been so nice and kind and so forth . To be completely honest ever since I came to life Storage, they both have shown a lot of dedication and should get paid a raise every year 25% each. I just feel like with the world going so bad you could really appreciate good workers as them as they will fight and be more confident within themselves.
