I recently rented a storage unit from a facility that truly stood out because of their exceptional customer service, particularly from an employee named Jasmine. From the moment I walked in, Jasmine was welcoming, friendly, and incredibly helpful. She took the time to understand my storage needs and was able to recommend the perfect unit for me.Jasmine was very knowledgeable about the different types of units available, the pricing, and the security measures in place. She patiently answered all my questions and made sure I understood all the terms and conditions before signing the contract.What impressed me the most was her professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction. Even after I had rented the unit, she followed up to ensure that I was happy with my choice and to see if I needed any further assistance.The storage unit itself was clean, secure, and easy to access. The prices were also very reasonable. However, it was Jasmine's exceptional customer service that truly made my experience memorable.I would highly recommend this storage facility to anyone in need of a storage unit. And if you do, make sure to ask for Jasmine. She will go above and beyond to ensure you have a positive experience.Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my experience and will definitely be using their services again in the future.

I've never rented a storage unit, and I thought the reservation process at this place was pretty straight forward, which I appreciated ! When I arrived, I was helped by Jasmine, who was very friendly and answered all my questions :) I also thought the units were reasonably priced, and will be renting from here again the next time I'm in need of putting my things in storage !

They’re okay, unless you have an issue then consider your stuff done for. They did construction above my unit without my consent and it’s my responsibility to deal with the debris and damage…..great…
