We’ve worked with labs that lose samples, take forever, or ghost you when you ask about turnaround. This crew is no nonsense. Their dermatopathology reads are sharp, they’ve caught stuff others missed. Techs are on point and their courier’s always on time. And!!! they don’t act like we should thank them for doing their job. That alone makes them gold in my book.

We added their lab for ortho and drug testing stuff about 4 months ago and it made everything easier. PGX reports help our docs tweak meds better, and no one's waiting around guessing. Their people answer emails fast, and when we had an issue, it was fixed the same day. Kinda wild how smooth it's been. Didn't expect to be this impressed tbh.
