This is not just a sandwich. It is an experience. You will never be disappointed.Their bread is what truly separates their sandwiches from others.

Lots of great reviews on their heroes, but I only saw a few for their catering. I hosted a party recently and they were amazing! The service, the portions, and the Food...*Chef's kiss*Clearly a well-run business here. All of my guests were impressed with their traditional Italian dishes, and even the salad was so good people went back for seconds. They include all the utensils and plates you'll need, right down to serving utensils! We don't live super close, but I'll be going out of my way more often to get heroes from this or their Sunset Park branch just because I had such a good experience with them.

Old Reheated Chicken Cutlet. Very hard bread made for an unpleasant sandwich experience. 50% of a good sandwich is the bread, so when it's old and hard, that's a fail. The chicken was also old and reheated. It was chewy and tasted a few days old. I had to throw it out, even though i was very hungry.

Chicken parm + hot peppers was outta this world. Some of the sandwiches are too complex, stick to the basics.Sandwhich alone was $19 but worth it.

I love this place great hero's. But when you overcharged $17 without reason you lose business pray they don't spit in our food or make us

Was craving an Italian so came here. First impression upon walking in is this place is going to have great sandwiches. I absolutely love the atmosphere. It's a classic sandwich shop with an eclectic vibe--there's signs and knick-knacks all over. They have a massive selection of sandwiches to choose from as well as a deli counter, a fridge with fresh mozzarella, salami, boylan sodas, and other goods. Got #103 the Little Italy Hero with mayo. Highly recommend. I chose that because it was basically an upscale version of a classic Italian with mortadella replacing the ham. Very delicious, served on good bread. Slightly too much meat for my personal preference. Also got a black and white cookie. It was decent. The cake part of the cookie was a bit dry. The chocolate is an icing that is quite messy but I enjoyed it. The white icing was pretty standard. I'll definitely be back to try some of their other sandwiches!

VERY large menu - I recommend knowing what you want before you get there. It’s a little overwhelming if you have to choose in the moment.

Old School cool Italian store any type of ITALIAN HERO you want they have it. If they don't have it that means one of two things either they don't make the product or no one has it. Great food 10 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
