Very friendly staff, great space, lots of classes to choose from and very easy to cancel a class and schedule a make-up in case there is a scheduling conflict. Both of my kids absolutely look forward to their time here. The idea of "Parents Survival Night" is also incredible.

While the staff are very friendly Liam the franchisee is terrible. We sent our daughter there for years and paid thousands of dollars. When we decided to end our relationship after seeing a charge on payment method Liam refused to issue a refund for services not rendered. We saw the charge, called to inquire why we were being charged, and requested a refund only to be told they are not capable, not that they can’t, or won’t, but are incapable of issuing refunds to original payment methods which is illegal. He’s rude and clearly has no value for his clients. I regret exposing my daughter to someone of such low moral and ethical standards and will be scheduling time with the local PTA’s to share my experience to ensure families are warned of his illicit practices before entering into business with him. His business licenses should be revoked.

The little gym made our summer - wonderful staff, our 4 year-old had a blast at camp. Can't recommend it enough and we will definitely be sending him again next summer along with his brother. Activities, crafts, and tons of physical activity to wear them out.

We booked our daughter’s birthday party at this location. It was easy to do it online and they followed up right away with a phone call. From the beginning they were very helpful and answered my million questions. They carry limited party themes, but since I wanted an Abby Cadabby theme, we had to bring our own decor. I dropped off the decorations the day before and on the day of the party, Vita and her team had decorated beautifully. We were very happy. They provide pizza and juices for the kids. And they can order outside catered food for the parents. We brought our own food and it wasn’t an issue. Our guests started showing up early and they were allowed to come in and wait till the party started. We added 1/2 hour which I think was needed, otherwise, it would’ve been too rushed. The staff packed up leftovers and decorations and cleaned the party room, while we said goodbye to our guests, which was helpful. Our guests were aged 1 to 12; but I do think it’s better for kids age 10 and under. Still, the parents told me their kids had a blast. The kids go into the playroom to play while parents stay outside. So I would recommend you bring some light snacks for adults and some music while they wait for their kids and the main food came out. We didn’t think of that. We actually had them hold off on all the food till the kids came out from play and I didn’t realize that parents may have been hungry waiting for their kids. But it was all fine. And the most important thing is that our daughter had a blast!

My daughters just had their birthday party here and it was such a great experience. The staff set up the party room so beautifully and the kids had such a blast doing the activities and gymnastics. Very stress free. The staff was so helpful in every way. They set up, cleaned up and overall we’re just very pleasant.

I'm giving this place 3/5 stars because the place overall was clean & nice, but the way the situation was managed is horrific. Today me & my 2.5yo boy went to try a class for 1.5-3yo instructor guided but obviously kids were getting distracted and played themselves a lot at this age. So there was one girl abt 3yo who was taking toys away from other kids, or blocking something to smaller kids so they could not get on it or for example playing with something & if other kids come she would scream "no! It's mine!" and such. Mom would not interact whatsoever. We all know that type, that's fine. So whenever I saw she would try to get to my child, I was just getting him distracted to something else away from her to avoid the conflict. At some point however, when instructor said to walk on the beam, my lo was walking and the girl sat like 1/3 though it and so I asked if she doesn't mind letting us finish it, her mom said "ok get up", the girl did not move. Instructor is there & I also don't fully understand why there was 0 structure there in a sense of saying something "let's be nice, one at a time, let other kids do etc". So I only can assume he is new to it. So I said "that's fine" & took my child to a high mat, when he was about to jump off it, that girl runs to him and pushed him purposefully (thankfully he did not fall). Her mom is about 2 m away, have no idea if she saw or not. So I tell the girl at this point "you can not push other kids, especially smaller than you", she looks at me in the eyes and says "I did not", I tell her "No I saw you doing it, it's not nice". At this point her mother storms out and scream at me "she is just a kid!". I try to explain her that she was pushing my child and I just told her that she can not do so. Mother grabs her daughter and screams "don't pay attention to her, she is a F** B**ch". I got completely speechless. She continues to scream at me so I tell her "I think I have a right to protect my child first of all. & second it's not even the problem with the child but with the mother here". She continues screaming & storms out. She comes back in ~ 5 mins and continues. I honestly don't even remember what she was saying, only remember telling her she has no right to call me names especially in front of the other parents & small children. Again instructor is not doing anything at all. Someone's father is just asking to take it outside. All I say that I'm just protecting my child but I'm sorry anyways and I just moved to a different corner. It was about 10 min to the end of the class. She leaves in about 5 mins (in those 5 mins I see how her daughter grabs a toy from this father's ~ 1.5yo baby boy and he starts crying & father just takes his child away again & no reaction from that mother of course). Once the class is over the instructor comes to me and asks "how did we like the class and the person on the front desk will give me more details regarding their packages". I only can assume if the instructor is new to it. So in few mins I approach him myself and ask him if it's normal in here since it's our 1st time. Of course, he says no. I tell him the story and he just coldly says "I didn't see anything, I found out after. I'm sorry". It was almost impossible to not see it in one single room. Plus, even if I do suppose he did not see the full picture, ok fine, I do still believe it's this place's responsibility overall to create safe environment for the parents and children & at least address it after the class by instructor or if not by the management, instead of ignoring it & pretending that nothing happened. Oh & I got a text message after "if I have any questions regarding classes & enrollment etc". I absolutely don't, as I don't think any parent/child would come back somewhere where they don&

My son loves this place. The class is $155 a month and if you join annual membership you get additional perks like active play, Lego class, additional bonus classes and lots more. Please note every age group has different perks too. My son listens to Cody very well and gets very excited every time he's here for class. You can also sign out for a trial class for $30 if you want to try it out before committing.

Really fun gymnastic experience for the kids and a joy for the parents to witness. Our two kids of different ages both love going to the little gym and the instructors are all fun and engaging with the kids. The equipment is good and each week they focus on different skills. I recommend this for kids, especially the little ones.

Great space to have a birthday party! My son turned 6 and it was perfect for his age. All of his friends were entertained the whole time! Nice to have a private space big enough for both kids and parents! The attendants were all energetic and friendly as well! Highly recommend!
