My mother went there today for an oil change. She was charged $163 for a Chevy traverse. NEVER have I EVER. And refused to give her a descriptive paper showing what was done. When I called he stated he gave her another service that SHE did not ask for. Then tells me my mother was not ripped off. I beg to differ! Stay away!

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!
I went there today just to find out the code for a warning light that came on in my car. The man went to my car, plugged in the device, and just told me there was no communication with the ABS system. He didn’t tell me how I could fix it, didn’t give me a paper with the diagnosis—NOTHING!!... He just stood there and said, “$40 dollars,” just for reading the code in less than 5 minutes. If you’re going to charge that much, at least show some customer service and give me a sheet with the diagnosis and possible solutions. INEFFICIENCY 200%
After that, I went to four other places just to ask how much they charge to read a car code, and the most expensive one said $20 dollars.
