Went there with a friend & spent over $100+ the customer service was great. When we walked into the store we was greeted and asked if we needed help which was nice.. but we got what we needed and headed to register the line was moving very fast which is great.. great experience..

Never reviewed a clothing store before but i was truly impressed by the guy who helped me! He must have been a manager or maybe not cuz he went above and beyond to help me find the perfect gifts who my bestie

When I walked into the store, the other workers were nice and pleasant — but one particular staff member, a man, was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I asked him a simple question, he cut me off mid-sentence and said, “I didn’t hear a word you said,” in a dismissive, nasty tone. I then asked if I could try something on, and he snapped, “Absolutely not,” in the rudest way possible — not even a polite, “Sorry, we don’t allow that.”
Later, at checkout, he asked if I wanted a bag, and I clearly responded, “Yes, please.” He went to the back, and when he returned, he handed me my items — but no bag. When I asked where the bag was, he lied and claimed I said I didn’t want one. Seriously? Why would I walk around holding boxers in my hand without a bag?
Then he said, “I can only give a bag with a purchase,” even though I had already swiped my card and paid — after spending a few hundred dollars. He then said, “We’ll make a one-time exception if you have five cents on you.” I didn’t have five cents on me — I had just paid with my credit card.
His final words to me were, “Okay, bye,” with a full-on attitude.
This was not a pleasant shopping experience at all. Very, very rude. The other staff were kind, but this man ruined the whole experience. If I could give zero stars for this man, I would. He has no business working in a customer-facing role

With ID, bank statements, and receipts I was unable to return items within the return window. They suggested I return online even though I had the ApplePay cards with me (which was how I paid). Annoying.

Been coming here for a while, Bought lots of items here for my whole family. Now the reason i keep coming back to this location is the Amazing, Friendly, Knowledgeable and Helpful staff,
They're always making sure to go beyond just regular customer service. They go out of their way to make the customer feel special and appreciated. Highly recommend this location.

I would like to leave a HORRIBLE review for Mia, an educator at Lululemon at the Albee Square Location. Mia was assisting me with a return. I had the tags & proof of purchase for this return. Mia proceeds to smell my clothes and say “Uh… Yeah I can definitely tell these are worn… It smells like…” I asked “What does it smell like?” she said “It smells like weed.” Not only are the clothes NOT WORN but I also have never in my life smoked weed, this is Defamation of Character. It seemed very racially motivated as she is accusing me (A POC) of smoking weed because apparently the clothes smell like it. She smelled the other items and said “yeah they all smell like perfume” So not only did she go against the return policy because no where in the return policy it mentions anything of scent, perfume or any of that sort. She will be getting a report to HR from me.

Really good service but quite a small store so the stock is limited (e.g. they don’t have any Wunder Under leggings or all the colours of Align leggings) you’ll have to shop at a bigger store or online.

I love Lululemon and have been shopping here for years. I also work in wellness/health—so closely aligned in principle. I had the strangest experience while checking out with the cashier- I’m on line to check out and they walk up and go “what’s up?” I looked at them and they repeated it. I said “huh?” Then they got the point that I was there, on line, with an item to check out. I thought this was so unprofessional and I can’t help but to think a bit racially insensitive as I can’t imagine this type of comfortability with someone of another race. This is possibly my least favorite Lululemon, it’s always an odd experience being here.

Do not buy in this store. I came to return an item, got in the line and cashier was acting like she didn't see me at first and then she was rude.

I had a fantastic experience with Christian and my hemming. I brought a pair of pants I purchased at another store for hemming and their attention to detail, kindness, and service was fantastic. I will absolutely be shopping at this store in the future after seeing how helpful their staff is.
