Amazing, knowledgeable, fairly priced and fast.Bought an (old/used) car that needed some work, we had called Luu’s for an estimate but hadn’t confirmed anything and they didn’t have availability for another week.Said car proceeded to die the next day so we took a gamble and got it towed to Luu’s where they graciously took us in despite how busy they were, and turned it around the next day.Can’t thank them enough for coming through in our time of need, the car is good as new ?

We went there to get a car inspection and we finished in under 30 minutes while waiting. The guys there are attentive helpful, I love the atmosphere of respect and professionalism.

Got my NYS inspection done here. They were upfront about prices over the phone and it was fair and reasonable. Staff was friendly and efficient. Would highly recommend them to others.

Very quick, kind, and professional. They took me right away and did my inspection in 10 minutes. One thing to note is that it is cash only (for the inspection at least) and it was $37. There’s a laundromat around the corner with an ATM.

I go here for all my issues from routine oil change to busted tires. All the guys are extremely nice and helpful and always explain the services, why they needed to be done, and how much each costs. Love them and will go here as long as I have a car in BK.
