very helpful staff. this is one of the only DME retailers in the city that knows what NYRx is and will work with you to get your equipment covered by Medicaid. Its wild that I had to look for so long for this, but I suppose these days, the bare minimum is extraordinary.

Super helpful staffer. I called about a walking boot for an ankle injury and they were able to assist over the phone and hold it for me until I could pick it up. She even offered to stay a few min past closing if I couldn’t get there in time. Really helpful and reminds you to buy local!
