I bought a bridal ring to replace my last one we bought the ring on December 24. They did not have my ring size they told me they wanted to send the ring out to get it size 2 1/2 weeks later my husband was called to come and pick up the ring I had the ring for another 1and a half weeks later the ring change from white to yellow this ring was supposed to be $2700. I brought it back in on 21 January show it to the manager. He told me because I was still under my 30 days warranty that the only option he has for me was for me to pay the $99 for the warranty and upgrade the to a more expensive one meaning 5000 and change I said no I want a refund and they should refund me back my money because I am not interested in getting any jewelry from them because I am not sure that what they’re saying is what they’re selling, they choose not to give me back my money and told me I have to pay for the ring The manager still has the ring and they refused to give me back my money they refuse to rectify the situation. I will tell anybody using a Macy’s credit card that says Macy’s with American Express which Citibank they are a bunch of thieves they are wicked, just be aware of them. This is the ring people be very aware of it’s not
Not to mention a few years ago I Take out this credit card with Macy’s people be very careful they end up stealing my identity because they sent the customer service out to Dominican Republic, I was on vacation doing damage control. Be careful of the Macy’s customer service when you call them.that One 800 number do not look for them to help you they will promise you they would get back in touch with you. Give you a claim number and never get back in touch with you.
