Camera was on flash sale, said they had in stock. Associate told me I'd need to buy online to have that price. I placed over for store pickup, waited for hours until after the sale ended and then they canceled my order with the item still in stock.Next time I'm buying a candy bar so I can review them through their internal system.

Good god are some of the employees here hateful when they talk to customers. I don't think I've had a worse employee interaction than I did with the woman working by the home theatre section. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere for your shopping.

Everything about this store is awful. Slow service, disrespectful employees and constantly have items that are out of stock. Did I mention they were racist? Good luck having anything positive happen while you're at this store. Simply horrible.

Extreme lack of employees and the ones that were there were also extremely mean and rude. Ask one employee where a certain product was and she turned her head around with extreme disgust and impatience

I am writing this review because I have recently had one of the most disappointing retail experiences and I wanted to share so that others can avoid the same headache and loss of money. I live in Brooklyn. I ordered a printer from Best Buy and it was delivered by a courier called Roadie. I wasn't home at the time of delivery; when I got the photo confirmation that the printer was delivered to the sidewalk outside of my apartment building, I knew there was no way it would be there when I returned home. Sure enough, when I got home, the printer was gone. I contacted Roadie who gave me the runaround and told me to contact Best Buy. I contacted Best Buy who gave me the runaround and told me to file a police report with the NYPD. The NYPD has way better things to do than track down a printer that was basically fair game. I hesitate to even call it theft - the printer's packaging identified what was inside and it was left in a completely public place.Because of Roadie's incompetence and complete lack of common sense (delivering a package to the sidewalk? In New York City? Come on now.) I am now out $80 and a printer with no plans to reimburse me or send a replacement. Both Best Buy and Roadie have utterly failed to take responsibility for this loss of product and I will never purchase technology from Best Buy again. Be warned: if Roadie is in charge of your delivery, you may never receive your purchase, and if Best Buy is the retailer, you will have absolutely no recourse when your purchase goes missing.

Very unorganized,Barely have any workers. Never stocked with anything. And the workers they DO have work extremely slow. They need to gut this place out and reorganize and hire better workers.

Good luck trying to get any help from these people. We purchased a Marshall Stanmore II speaker in Feb, it no longer works, manufacturer warranty is 12 months (got that info after 4 phone calls and 2 hours on hold being bumped around), the one time I seemed to have got someone what wasn't a complete buffoon connected me to the manufacturer and we were both confused as to what was happening, long and short is after 4 phone calls over 3 days, there is no resolution. Avoid this store and the company as a whole at all costs!!!

Ive only done pick up orders here. That experience is always super smooth and time saving. The people who work here seem pretty young to me so I dont expect super peppy smiley people hahaha. They help when you need it, they answer your questions, but probably dont wanna hear about your day (no one does and its okay) I am always able to obtain what I need so I love this place.

I took my laptop, bought from them, for an easy hardware repair. One of the hinges got loose (i had the loose screw as well). I could have it done it myself by i watching youtube but i always prefer a professional. I was surprised to hear tthat it would take about 5 weeks because they will ship my laptop somewhere else and the charges would be atound $400 (what?). I took it to a small mom and pop shop that deals in both soft and hardware and it was fixed right there. In summary, i will never go back to best buy. I will purchase my computers on line and if needed i will go to the same small shop for repairs/upgrades. Happy holiday

Big shout out to Brandon, My parents and my Brother came here to buy an Electronic device in Early November 2022. Brandon was really helpful, and We came back for Black Friday 2022 to catch a deal and Brandon was really helpful. Thanks give this young man a raise, he deserves it !!!!!. if I'm in the Fort Greene -Downtown Brooklyn area I'll definitely come back here instead of the Best Buy in Kings Plaza Shopping Mall. This Best Buy is located in The Atlantic Terminal Mall literally right across the street from Barclays Center Arena. And a Big Shout out to Bryan for helping us try an Alarm clock, we came to exchange clocks because the one we bought wasn't allowing us to set the Hour and Minutes on the Digital Clock !!!! and there was a next young gentlemen kid who little chubby with cornrolls (braids ) I couldn't be remembered his name he was pretty Freindily as well , there was one young lady with glasses on at customer service who had a smart mouth at the cash register when I came to exchange the digital clock I ask her if I can try it first before I exchange it " she reply back sure after you pay for it . She lucky I was in a good mood because I would made a smart remark back , I was raised in Flatbush little girl know your place , her picture part of my photos as well . Big shout out to Delgado (we had small talk , he told me he half Spanish -Spain ) , Delgado is from the Chicago Best Buy call center I call the Best Buy phone number in Atlantic terminal mall. but call lead me to Bestbuy call center in Chicago , because I missed my delivery appointment and I had to reschedule he was very helpful . P.S. There have Competition with the next Electronic store across from Flatbush Avenue & Atlantic Avenue, P.C. Richards & Son and Target electronics store inside the Atlantic Terminal mall . so good luck with deals !!!! Very convient by Transporation: Subway: 2,3,4,5,B,Q,R,D,N-Trains: Atlantic Avenue Train station. L.I.R.R- Long Island Rail Road-Atlantic Terminal Train Station or C-Train. I went on their website to purchase a PS5. It says in store only so early this morning before the store opened I was there. When they opened I went to the game console section & was told to go to another section for the console. Got there & was told to go to customer service. Waited on line only to be told by agent that I could only get it online. I stated it won't let me get it online it says in store only. after all that running around she stated they don't have any in the stores. i asked why didn't you just put that online it would have saved me a trip all the way down here, she had no answer. I guess they just want to get you in the store. At least target puts on their site that it's unavailable. I usually buy from Best Buy but may start buying somewhere else. Very disappointed with them.

Went to Best Buy Geek Squad at this location and they destroyed my PC. Brought my PC in because it was making noise. They informed me it was the Water Cooling system. I purchased a new and they installed it INCORRECTLY. The pc was making loud noises and Black screening with BSODs. Brought it back and they then still could not correct it. More black screens, more BSODs. I have been given the run around for two weeks. Called online remote support, not help, contacted HQ, who told me the store would "work" with me to replace it. Got sent to BestBuy warranty and got disconnected and received NO follow-up call. Please save yourself a headache and stay TF away from this store and Geek Squad! I will be reporting this to the BBB.

This place is TRASH. Please please save your money and time and skip it. We bought a tv and sound system there. We wanted the tv installed so that wires showing would be minimized. We bought the coverings for sale at Best Buy that would be put on the wall after the wires were run in the corner and accepted that we would have to paint the coverings the same color as the wall. But the checkout person could not find the codes for the coverings to ring them up at the register. After no less than 30 minutes of waiting for checkout, they told us that there were no codes for the coverings, that they would add the coverings to the total of the bill and the coverings would be delivered with the tv and sound system. The delivery was scheduled for, three weeks after the purchase. Delivery was confirmed a few days before the date and then again the day before. Nevertheless, the day of the delivery, we were told they did not have the sound system in stock. How did they confirm delivery the day before without ensuring they had everything? Disgusted but resigned that we had come this far, we decided to wait two more weeks for the entire purchase to be delivered. Of course not only was the delivery late on the rescheduled day, the delivery comes without the coverings and the delivery person insists that we did not buy coverings because there is nothing on record. Further, the person installing did not center the tv on the wall --- my husband had to adjust it afterwards. The wires were left unanchored and dangling off the side--- just really sloppy. The entire experience was frustrating and unprofessional --- I would never buy even a stick of gum from there ever again.

Do yourself a favor,do NOT buy anything from Best buy..it will surely be your Worst buy !!!..I purchased a much need refrigerator in early April in 2022. The young man came out to my home did the measurements, and assessment for me. The fridge I wanted was not in stock, so we chose another one. He assured me that it was in stock. I explained to him the headache I experienced before with another company when trying to purchase an appliance, and how they lied telling me I would have in in the time frame we agree upon. However but took 4 months to the date of purchase to get the appliance . The young man assured me that that's not the case with Best buy and that I would be able to get my appliance as scheduled with no problem he clicked a few buttons and told me that it was available it was in the warehouse, took the payment and it was done. I made arrangements around my schedule I made provisions to be available for the delivery, I notified my buildings management according to my lease, so all my ducks was in a row. The day before delivery I get a call from Best buy not to tell me to be prepared for my delivery but to tell me that my delivery was going to be delayed by a month and they were not sure if it would be delivered within that time. The nerve of Best buy to do this to me my money was taken in a cell was done under false pretenses I wasn't sure that the product would be available to me upon the sale. I hate when companies take advantage of people that way this is not a flashlight or computer that I'm purchasing this is an appliance that's very essential to everyday life this is a refrigerator this is how I store my food as you know we are in a pandemic still and there is a food shortage and I cannot afford to have my food stored in an unstable refrigerator then they had to audacity to tell me that they cannot compensate me until the refrigerator is delivered which has not clearly been established they only hope that it is delivered a month from now as I said do not purchase anything from Best buy because it will be your worst buy before you make the final decision to purchase anything from them try somewhere else
