I was looking for a specific gift for a child's recital. I went to a few jewelry stores and they didn't have what I wanted. As I entered Malsons Jewelers, Ebony pleasantly approached me and asked if she could be of assistance. I told her what I was looking for and she searched until she found exactly what I wanted. The customer service at Malsons jewelers is top notched; the first time I went in I was acknowledged and shown everything I enquired about without feeling rushed! Also, the sale agent explained their policies/financing, however, I decided to pay In full for my gold necklace! Now I’m back a second time around and I’m pleased! I was acknowledged as soon as I walked in and of course was taken care of…I’m doing an earring repair and purchasing my diamond earrings on lay away! Keep up the good work!
