This is the second time I used this service. Both technicians were professional. My 2003 Honda Element was done extremely quickly. My 2008 Chevy Malibu was more complicated but the technician was knowledgeable and professional. Very happy!

I know this company through the original owner Hagi many moons ago. I called them again to get another copy for my car. Hagi's wife helped me with my appt. She is very nice, patient and professional. She knew exactly what I needed and sent Mohammud to help me. B4 his arrival he asked about my car and type Of key I have. Through out the day, he kept me abreast with his time and delays. I wasn't In a hurry so I waited. Upon his arrival he introduced himself and began working. He doesn't leave until you see satisfied with the key. My fob wasn't locking but he readjusted the key until everything worked perfectly. He was patient with me. I gave them 5 stars because they are professional, they call if they are running late, and they are reasonable with prices.

I was in the market for a smart key replacement and programming. I searched the web, made a few phone calls and came across this company. Best find ever! It's rare to come across a business that's honest and so knowledgeable. The customer service was great. The process was explained to me along with a great conversation that made time pass. Before I knew it, my new key was ready. I recommended this service to a few friends and they all were also pleased! P.s I also gained a friend in the process! Hope this review helps.
