These guys are the worst and laziest hardware store ive ever shopped at. Took then 20 minutes so i could buy a screwdriver. Then left the store empty with nobody working it for 30 minutes the second trip.

I have gone many times for keys to be made, The staff is friendly and professional. If the key doesn't work they will redo it as many times as it takes, no questions asked.

Horrible customer service!!! Stay away from these awful people. My boyfriend visited this dump on 7/23/22. Fortunately I waited outside.Who greets a potential customer with the phrase,"What do you want?"Nothing. Not from a rude, disrespectful fool, sir.My boyfriend asked about multi-lock keys and was told that they made all of them. But since the owner wasn't there, he couldn't get anything.He asked about a business card and was told, "Can't you see we ran out? We'll get more on Wednesday."When he then asked for a Leatherman tool, he was given a Tough Stuff and told, "That's all we have. It's almost the same thing."Really??? A $100 Leatherman is the same as a Tough Stuff? I think Leatherman would disagree.Nasty individual. Keep your money for those who appreciate it.
