I came for a car inspection, but was met with a rude refusal. They offered no alternatives or explanations, just dismissed me as if I were an insignificant client. A very unpleasant experience, I did not expect such unprofessionalism.

I went here and the guy instantly gave me a quote on something I needed he said he could fix it but would need the part I came back another day after getting the part for my car he said I couldn't do it at first and working busy he was working by himself since it was a holiday asked to comeback another day and after checking my car he changed his mind told me comeback after an hour I can fix it for you. He didn't overcharge for the labor like the other place I went to good price good service good communication definitely recommend it.

I have been taking my car to Mark Motors for 12 years because of the very good service I have gotten with my vehicles. Anytime I had an unknown issue with my cars the mechanics were always able to find out what the problem was and let me know right away. The prices that they charge have always been very reasonable also. I have never been disappointed after having my car serviced at Mark Motors. And although I live in a different borough, I don't mind traveling to Mark Motors to get my car serviced because I know that they will solve whatever problem I am having with my car.

This place is the worst shop i been to. They got arabs with no education trying to fix cars. They dont khow what they doing. They broke my car on purpose and then told me they dont khow how to fix it. when i asked for money back they said why didnt you come back why did go to another shop. lol. why would i come back when you said you dont khow whats wrong . This their game they break your car and then want you to come back to fix it .lol these are scammers. And then he said god will punish me for asking for my money back. i hope god punishes them for breaking my car. This is why nobody gouse there.

All I can say is Mark's Motors is AMAZING. I brought in my car because it was making a strange noise. Turned out that I needed my brake pads changed. Mark was able to take a look at my car right away. He was extremely professional and courteous. But what impressed me the most was his honesty. As a young woman who has no idea about cars, Mark was honest with me about the repair and how much everything would cost. He didn't try to push any extra services on me. The only other thing he recommended was an oil change which the car was way overdue for (and the cost of the oil change was cheaper than what I paid at other shops in the past)! I don't understand the negative reviews because my experience and that of my co-worker was totally the opposite. I will definitely be bringing my car back to Mark's Motors for future repairs.

WARNING This shop SCAM me for parts and labor try to take my good stuff out replace it with Garbage. I don't know who the owner is but the people running his shop sure don't care about customer. Please stay away.
