Marshalls is a store full of surprises with new items arriving weekly. It offers a big, well-lit store with ample parking that is clean and located near other shops and restaurants. The ever-changing selection includes brands across ladies fashion, shoes, beauty, home, men's, kids, and more, with lots of clearance items and good deals to be found, including cute kitchenware and jackets. However, the store is often not well organized, with things in a messy heap, and shelves can sometimes be empty. While the cashiers are generally friendly, the floor staff are not always happy to help. The most common complaint is the checkout lines, which can be massively long and nightmare-inducing, wrapping deep into the store, even with several cashiers working. The long lines are often due to the amount of people and items being purchased.
Ok so the staff in here is ALWAYS AWESOME Manager Kerneisha is extremely helpful in ensuring you get what your looking for and patience with large purchases. Matheui is a hoot always allows my extra last min WE ARE ABOUT TO CLOSE purchases. I typically wont go to another location 😒 .
