I purchased a few items on Friday and the cashier did not place the two face creams in my bag. I returned on Monday to inform them what happened and the manager Jackie stated that since the item I purchased is no longer in stock I would have to pay an additional 4 dollars for the only face cream in stock. She did not try to accommodate me at all even though the error was on their end!! I highly doubt not recommend shopping at this Marshals location!!!!

Mi ah give this Marshalls a decent rating because it’s not bad, but mi cya tell yuh it’s a bit too overcrowded most times. Every time mi step in di store, it feel like a packed bus—every aisle full an’ yuh cya hardly move round di place. But still, di prices are good, so mi still find some decent stuff. Clothes, shoes, an’ home goods always have a good variety fi choose from. Staff dem are alright, not too friendly but dem do dem job. It’s ok if yuh don’t mind di crowd an’ a lil bit of chaos. Just be prepared fi di rush, but still, you can get some good deals when it’s not too crazy!

People who work there look tired, stressed and underpaid. I don't know what's going on there, but the atmosphere is hustle overall not pleasant. Avoid going to the fitting room cuz you will be treated like a thief no matter what. Rude personal, but it might be due to mismanagement. I can't personally blame low paid staff, so I didn't engage in any drama. They even rude to each other. I guess that's a reality of discount shopping, but never experienced anything close to this in other tjmaxx or Marshalls locations.

The worst service at this Marshall’s location!
Very unfriendly and very rude staff!!!
I was just there trying to purchase some large pillows and asked for the big white bags I saw in the back. The supervisor said she couldn’t give me one or wrap my pillows, even though I needed to transport them home. She was wearing a mask but still refused to wrap my pillows to protect them from potential germs on public transportation, whether by bus or Uber.

Horrible Experience – Disrespectful and Unprofessional Employee
I had an absolutely awful experience at this Marshalls location. MARIA, the manager, was beyond disrespectful—she laughed in my face and was openly cursing while talking to her coworkers. The worst part? Even her coworkers looked uncomfortable with how unprofessional she was acting.
She seriously has to leave.
I felt completely harassed and humiliated as she continued to be rude and dismissive, making my shopping experience extremely uncomfortable. It’s unacceptable for any employee, let alone a manager, to behave this way, especially in a customer service role. Management needs to take action because no one should have to deal with this kind of treatment. I won’t be returning to this store, and I highly suggest others avoid it if they expect to be treated with basic decency.

Got my phone stolen from my purse one Sunday morning. There was a lot of people and no security, cameras were working only to one side showing the exit only, workers didn’t let me check their cameras that could be helpful even when police was there. No understanding and zero help.
Have a terrible memory about this place and now avoiding it.
