Very disappointed, they didn’t let me into the dressing room with my wife! I wanted to make a big purchase, but I was forbidden to go to the dressing room! There are no problems in other stores! But that’s the problem!!!

I have never been to a more useless store in my life! Went to Marshall’s expecting to find at least something—but no, this place is a complete joke. I was looking for a bag—not a single men’s bag in sight. Fine, I moved on. Then I tried to find shoes—nothing below size 10 for men! Are you kidding me? What kind of store doesn’t stock basic sizes?
The shelves are either empty or full of random, useless junk nobody wants. The store layout? A disaster. Employees? Invisible. The whole place looks like a tornado just went through it. It’s like they don’t even try.
If you want to waste your time walking around a store that never has what you need, then sure, go ahead. But if you actually want to buy something useful, AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!

That place is beyond disgusting. Staff couldn’t care less about the merchandise being destroyed and stolen. I witnessed people just at going their pockets with random stuff and leaving the store. Most of the clothes are dirty being stepped on all over the floor. It’s disorganized and you can tell that the manager cares very little about the merchandise. Horrible disgusting experience.

Today (December 22 at 11:00 am) there is a woman working in fitting room .she is very very rude , she doesn’t treat me good and she is talking like she want to fight .and when l come first time to give her my items she doesn’t look to my face she still talk with another man about Egypt not about work or something depend the store I want to give her 0 star because it is not the first time

I would give negative starts if I could. The “store manager” who addressed me regarding a concern I had with yesterday’s purchase was VERY hostile and aggressive when she spoke to me. Not an ounce of decency or respect in the way that she communicated with me, it was humiliating and demeaning. I’m disgusted by the way she treats a paying customer. (You can check the camera for her body language and audio since you’re so fixated on your cameras being the only source of accuracy in the store). The other employees spoke to me with decency so it’s troubling that their boss sets the precedent that it’s ok to be hostile towards a customer (especially considering the conversation was not hostile or confrontational whatsoever).
I was charged multiple times and despite telling them I would go grab the bag from last night which is untouched in my bosses office- she told me “it doesn’t matter”, completely disregard me and my concern and insinuated I wasn’t being truthful. That was disgusting just on a human level. I should have looked at her name tag but she’s a younger black woman, “managing” on 12/19/24 @11:20am. Shame on her, coming from another woman in management- she’s in the wrong profession.
The irony is I was just encouraging the cashier who was helping me while I waited for her to “scan her cameras” about dealing with nasty people who don’t have the emotional intelligence to be able to address things in a respectful or reasonable way…then she comes out and immediately approached me as if we’re in some type of confrontation? Beyond unnecessary. I’m a frequent customer and I’m never coming back.
I DO NOT SUGGEST GOING TO THIS LOCATION UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE TREATED LIKE ABSOLUTE TRASH. Support a different location.

Place has nothing for larger people. It's mainly for children sized clothes and thin people. Also there was only like 2 maybe 3 cashiers to deal with a line of 30 to 40 people. Also they have zero signage showing they have free parking. I wasted money on street parking.
