Friendly staff, decent size store but a downside is that all of the clothing are so packed that it is extremely difficult to look through all the products. Also there is no signal in the store so dont expect to be able to use your phone in there.

Marshalls
Star Rating: ⭐ ⭐ ⭐
During the holiday rush, this Marshalls reveals both its greatest strength and its most pressing flaw. The shelves are impressively stocked—an abundance of seasonal finds, designer labels, and impulse-worthy bargains that make the hunt genuinely rewarding. On inventory alone, it delivers.
But timing is everything. What is typically a manageable, neighborhood-friendly stop becomes a densely packed maze in December, with aisles buzzing and patience wearing thin. Staffing hasn’t scaled with demand, and the imbalance is most noticeable at the locked display windows. If the item you want requires a key, expect a prolonged wait—long enough to test the thrill of the find.
The takeaway: come for the selection, brace for the crowds. Outside peak season, this location shines; during the holidays, it’s best approached with time to spare—and expectations adjusted.

This Marshalls on E 14th Street feels like a practical stop for everyday Brooklyn shopping — busy, straightforward, and focused on value rather than presentation. It’s right in the neighborhood, so most people come here with a clear purpose: clothes, shoes, home items, and quick finds at discounted prices.
Inside, it’s typical Marshalls energy — packed racks, changing selection, and the feeling that you have to look carefully to find something good 🛍️. Some days you score, some days you don’t. The quality varies, but that’s part of the deal, and regular shoppers know it.
The store stays active throughout the day, with locals coming in between errands or after work. It’s not calm or quiet, but it feels familiar — like a place that fits naturally into the routine of the area 🚶♂️🚗.
This Marshalls isn’t about atmosphere or comfort.
It’s about practical shopping, quick browsing, and the chance to find a decent deal in a busy Brooklyn neighborhood.

The aisles are so thin that you can’t fit down h them. Store is hot, packed, messy and claustrophobic. 2 cashiers working during holiday season, line out the door. The store is in a tightly packed basement with no cell service.

The store is located below ground. There is no phone service or wifi options. They've been open for years, and still don't have the decency to install free Wi-Fi.

this location I great ! U can find cool items ! But it’s underground and has no Wi-Fi and usually your phone will probably never work down there. It’s like literally Shopping and can’t have access to your phone because it’s won’t work please fix that

I had a very disappointing experience at this Marshall’s location. I came in to return one item, and the manager, Sonila, refused to accept my return for no valid reason. I truly felt that her behavior was influenced by racial bias, which was extremely upsetting and unprofessional.
The next day, I went back to the same store, and another cashier — who was polite and respectful — processed my return without any issue or question.
As a holder of two TJX credit cards, I’ve always been a loyal customer and expect to be treated with fairness and respect. I hope the company takes this matter seriously and ensures that no other customer is made to feel the way I did.

My experience in Marshalls August 15 at around 3:40 on the first floor was horrible. The girl on the first floor was really unprofessional!!! I grabbed dry shampoo to buy and I smelled the cap because I had an experience with expired stuff, the girl told me I can’t do it I said okay I’m gonna buy it anyways, but the girl told me with attitude and dirty look like I’m watching you and looked at me with the disgusted face made me humiliated and uncomfortable so I left and not going there again. Don’t recommend this place.

Thankfully, this location was loads better than the nearby TJ Maxx. The store was clean and mostly organized but closed at 9 pm which is a little early for a Saturday night. The style selection leaves alot to be desired though. I won't go out of my way to shop here like I did this time.
