Security is nasty they treat the store likes Macy's. Spray bottle were open want allowed to smell it. Women security wit gasses black woman of course was rude to customers. I advice folks not to g t this store. They treat every person like criminals. I could've brought out the store but they lost out. Terrible dirty storeWith rodentsas well

This particular location is the worst one, store always empty no good merchandise, returns are not accepted even with receipt presented to them. No one knows what to do. Where did they hired this team

Marco M/coordinate/cashier was rude. I explained I am associate in other store with Store Id, picture state id but didn't have my associate card, he said no. Not fair. Should have return everything. Kings highway location

Some of your employees need to be trained. Not sure if she’s going through a hard time but don’t roll your eyes on me and look frustrated when I politely ask for help.

I had an excellent checkout with the cashier of the name Jaiden V. For a young teen he has excellent communication skills and was very patient and efficient when answering my questions. I just wish the line wasn't always long which is why i give 4 stars.

I was served by Cynthia L on July 2nd at this location. The experience was awful. I came to make a return and she had a terrible attitude from the moment I came to the register, prior to even asking how she could help me. I greeted her politely and she responding nastily with “Can you take the stuff out of the bag” without giving me a chance to explain my issue with my recent purchase. She inspected my items, one of which had a tag and the other which did not. I had originally purchased one that had lost a tag but it was the last of the size so I took it for my brother to try at home and was assured that I could bring it back for a full refund if the item did not work as long as I had the receipt. Cynthia was combative as I explained the situation and eventually offered a store credit, saying “ We’ll, that’s your only option..” I explained again that I did not want a store credit because I was assured that I just needed the receipt for my return. I asked for the customer service number to get a resolution. After stating that I would contact customer service she refused to give me a bag for my item as well. As a long time customer and Retail manager I was appalled by her behavior. This associate should not be in a customer facing environment and needs retraining.
