No big kid swings but it's over all relaxing it a park for kids kids based on the age

Small, chill park for the neighborhood to relax and recreate. Basketball courts, I think a hand ball court? (it's a big concrete wall), and nice paved circuit to walk around, or kids to bike or scooter. Lots of benches around the perimeter. Gets busy weekend nights but not too chaotic if you want to mind your own and relax. All kinds welcome and enjoy time here.Playground: Cute little playground with baby swings, a splash pad and typical playground equipment. Benches to sit and bathrooms inside gated playground area.Restrooms: Standard park bathrooms. I see park staff often so I presume they stay pretty clean.Dog-friendliness: Dogs must be on leash. Nice little circuit to walk them and plenty of grassy areas to play/potty. The bag dispensers are usually empty so bring your own but there are lots of trash cans.

The park is easy to access off the 3 train and one block walking. The park is a good combination of green space and a large playground. We were there for an Easter event hosted by The NYPD and other amazing vendors. They had a live DJ, free I cream from an ice cream truck, game truck, egg hunt, Easter bunny and other games. Unfortunately, there was not enough Easter baskets for all the children who showed up so we waited at the end for 30 min for nothing.A lot of the community showed up up and the NYPD were amazing, engaging and playing with the kids.

This is a nice little park, That is very clean outside as well as in the bathrooms. A great place to bring your children, Play handball Or just take in the scenery. The people who Clean this park take pride in it. Great job.

I'm not understandings why the workers saying they don't care that people are asking why the sprinklers are not on ? what do you ,mean you don't care? why do you work here? Does Park needs to hire people that actually care about the park and these children not just the check and sitting around and look in the swings doing nothing

Smell of weed around the park..not pleasant to go with children. But kids playground is nice. Just the entrance is off putting.

Ironically im sitting in this park as I write this review. I have nothing but positive feedback concerning this playground. Its not to big but far from small. Personally I get a comfortable familiar vibe here. Ifs never over crowded. I recommend anyone taking their kids out to stop by here.
