Her extensive knowledge of the products and genuine enthusiasm made the entire experience not only informative but also enjoyable.What truly stood out was Bonnie's personality, which instantly created a warm and friendly atmosphere. Had a great time picking a queen size bed of my starting dreams! Thanx so much to Alexander! Who took time to educate me on pillows, bed standers and showing me adjustable bases. At the end I'm glad I decided to go for The pressure smart 2.0 mattress in addiction to the adjustable base and topped it of with a waterproof mattress protector. Can't wait to have my bed delivered and setup from mattress firm!

Moustafa was very helpful. He quickly and expertly explained my options for a new mattress for my new apartment. We were in and out in less than an hour with my purchase complete and delivery scheduled. It was nice to have such friendly, professional, and efficient service.

We purchased a King size Beautyrest Black mattress and adjustable base on August 13th. Moustafa was extremely helpful, knowledgable, and patient with all our concerns and questions. He was very professional and kind. We didn’t feel rushed or pressured to make a purchase. The delivery was also on time, efficient, and problem free. Two gentlemen put everything together and took away our old mattress very quickly. We had a disastrous mattress delivery experience with Raymond and Flanigan last month so this was a welcomed surprise.
