The salesman was very knowledgeable. Give me option, give me demonstration so that I can choose what was best for me, which I was very grateful for. There was no gimmicks. There was no wasting a lot of my time just demonstrate to me what I would need to give me the best night sleep, I would give him a 10 out of 10.

I have bought several beds from Mattress, Firm and referral family and friends just as well. It is a very pleasant store to shop it’s peaceful and is calm and Valarie knows what she’s doing. She’s a very good employee and she has always help me.

Since the store has been refusing to pick up my call, I found it necessary to write this review. I am truly dissatisfied with my purchase and stated this to Bob and whomever he referred me to. I am now getting the run around from the store and the warranty company. I am waiting for them to answer me and take back the product and full refund.

I went in to purchase 2 items that I saw online. The sales lady was very helpful. After my purchase, I inquired about another item and she showed me options in the store and online. I ended up purchasing a 3rd time. The delivery window is very quick. The store was very clean and organized. The sales lady seemed very knowledgeable.This was my first time at Mattress Firm.

The on-site contact was pleasant and very helpful! It was wonderful to know that their computer system had a record of what I bought years back. This was helpful since I can now get the same mattress cover. Quick and simple, so I’ll come back to get a new mattress there again.
