I purchased a TV from PC Richards and have been dealing with their customer service representatives for the past two years in an attempt to get it repaired under warranty. Unfortunately, the representatives have consistently given me vague answers and dragged out the process, causing the warranty to expire before the TV could be fixed. The specific issue with the TV is a cracked OLED screen, and I have been unable to find a place that can replace it. As a result, my LG - 65" Class C3 Series OLED 4K UHD Smart TV has remained broken for nearly two years, and PC RICHARDS has refused to address the situation.
