The team is always courteous & have recently called when they noticed the unit was not properly secured. We were sent photos immediately after our phone conversation.
We have been with Extra Space for a few years and really loved the ease of parking as well as help from the staff!

My unit was broken into, along with a number of others.
Re the response from owner: I did. I was told by an area supervisor that Extra Space Storage is a storage business - not a security business - and that they can't guarantee the safety of my items. So, yes the security issue apparently is acceptable.
Further, I was told they didn't have security cameras on my unit. The supervisor said it was out of privacy concerns.
Privacy concerns? What?
Can't make it up, folks. Look elsewhere.
