Moving can be incredibly stressful, but you guys made it remarkably easy! The movers arrived promptly, were friendly, and handled all our furniture and boxes with great care, giving me complete peace of mind. We had such a good experience with Mazeltov moving! They worked with us with pricing to make it work for us, they were very reasonable price wise. The moving was super smooth and efficient, the guys were also very polite and friendly which made the experience so much better. Just a really good job, we are very happy with them, highly recommend. I couldn’t be happier with their service. Dealt with Avi and Yossi. I had a really good experience with the company and they went above and beyond for me. $400 in damages could have been avoided if Joe had aligned with the actual owner of belongings [me] and not 3rd party hire... their partnered customer. Even after a call into HQ on my 8ft tall, six shelf bookcase being moved fully loaded with contents and dumped of its contents, Joe would not send new men. Basically, I was told to just let them do what they do and they will take care of any damages. Right... well when I asked for boxes in advance, it was not to cut into anyone's earnings, however, I got men here phoning it in hurriedly due to the scale and scope of the move.
I need movers now just to help me unpack what MazelTov Moving has done. Move took place 11 December. It's now 23 December and I still can not locate items. Still awaiting repair of a damaged item.
Boxes were not marked. The scribble that made it on boxes, I can not understand... one box is marked "104" (?)
Items meant to be moved from a downstairs bedroom direct to bedroom upstairs didn't even make it... I'm finding those items in my dining room. Kitchen items are being uncovered in living room and the movers actually left me here in a fire hazard by dropping everything into main walkway blocking front door. Thin/roll-up IKEA twin mattresses and its linens dragged on floor. Personal items being chucked into boxes as if softballs. This roughhousing all under the direction of Joseph Katz of Waterfront Property Management aka Eighteen Properties.
In all fairness, these are loft apartments and the men were on their third unit. Each unit averages the size of a 3-bedroom apartment. MTM Damage Recovery a breeze thus far but the idea is to not damage anything. I could have thrown my own belongings up the stairs and across the hall.

Mazel Tov movers were amazing. Each worker was respectful, professional, focused and kind. Whatever we asked them to do they did willingly. Moving is very hard but they made it easier!!

Biggest thieves ever they come down and say all this could be done in one to three hours in the meantime it took them over 8 hours then they come with a small truck and try to bribe me for more money because they got to do two shifts then I answered I've never seen a moving company with such a size truck old moving companies have huge humongous trucks anyway they broke most of my furniture they are not paying they just making fun of me once I threaten them to leave a bad review they called me and told me the following that insurance goes by the pound and all they go offer is a few cents on the dollar by the pound which totally makes no sense they are thieves don't be fooled by the only weighing a long white bed he should be ashamed of himself running around with a Jewish name and a Jewish person and looking like a rabbi and acting like a real big Thief be aware do not use them as many I have spoken to are saying the same I will still sue them in court for every Furniture I have lost also now they took $10 deposit for blankets they left by me stuff cuz they couldn't finish that day it's already a few days or weeks I'm calling them to come pick it up and give me back my deposit of $10 per blanket and they just ignoring me shame on you and shame of your whole family as you advertise it's a family business I am sure by now you do not have insurance at all and therefore you are trying to make up stories that insurance goes by the pound which no one ever heard such nonsense

Mazel Tov Moving was amazing! The guys worked very fast, but were still very careful with the furniture, and everything else to make sure nothing got scratched or damaged. I was amazed how they did in two and a half hours what would have taken me a week to do.
It's also a very honest company. Once all was done and paid for, they called me to tell me there was a billing error and refunded me $200 - all totally unsolicited.
I would definitely use this company again!
