I understand that this is in the hood but the employees are all hoodrats. I attempted to use a code and the African lady that was working the drive through was having trouble so she called the manager in for help. The manager was a tall skinny dark brown lady with ratchet nails. She stormed to the back and clapped her hands against her thighs and stayed if it’s not working it’s just not working ??♀️ the African lady continued to try to get the code to work and the manager stormed to the back again and asked “why are we still on this? We just have to pay” as if I was a broke McDonald’s employee or something. I understand the area is rough and that $15 an hour isn’t much money but if you don’t want the job just please don’t take it. I was so disgusted by the attitudes that I didn’t even take my food. McDonald’s, please do better.

I’m genuinely interested to know who owns this McDonald’s. This is the 5th time that I’ve ordered and my order is completely wrong and everytime I try to call them I can’t reach them or they ask me for a receipt that they themselves don’t give me. I will take accountability for not asking for a receipt or checking my food before leaving but come on you guys are running a business. That’s my last time going there. The drive thru line is always long and they don’t even have the decency to say hold on please. I want my money back for this erroneous order but my anger might get me in trouble today so a lost it is. Stay far from this McDonald’s until they get their act together.
