Monday through Friday I have no complaints. Security is standing at attention assisting people, kitchen staff is kind and food is good. THE WEEKENDS are very different. I can say that for the past 4 (four) consecutive weekends I have visited this location and the food was cold everytime. Yes it comes out fast, but it’s because they’re not letting things cook long enough.

Some staff are friendly, but a lot of them are rude and will express loudly how annoyed they are. I get it, theres 200 students and a ton of orders, but I've been in the same position and I've never expressed my frustration at a customer. A lot of the kiosks dont work so you dont know if they're even calling out your order.

It has been renovated and all blocked off. You can't see the food being prepared or the workers. I ordered 2 chicken nuggets and the chicken nuggets were stiff and stale. French fries were OK. You have to order from kiosk only. Don't like touching something that hundreds of people touch all day. Just don't like it & will go out of my way for better quality

The quality of the food or the drinks you order is going to be good. The customer service and atmosphere is where it's different. They got rid of cashier's, and now you have to pay at a machine. There's only one machine and sometimes it rejects a bill if it's a little worn. The rest are all card payment machines. I understand the modernization, but at least have one cashier just in case right?Parking: You'll have to look around for parking. It's a highly congested area. But once you go into the smaller streets you might find parking. But make sure it doesn't have a meter, because if it does you need to pay or get a fine.
