My mother has Medpack at her assisted living facility. She has recently started hospice services. Since she receives hospice, they pay for some of her medications. Several times in the past 4 months the medication that hospice covers were on her bill. The first time I called it took about 45 minutes to straighten it out. The next bill I received had not taken off the amount I paid for the last bill, and included a medication that hospice covers. Hospice had given them a list of covered medication. Not happy with their service.
