This is the worst MetroPCS store in Brooklyn NY. My family and I are MetroPCS member for about seven years now. My mom went in this location for activating another phone and the Representative in the store was very rude and unprofessional. He told her that it will cost $49.00 to activate the new phone, transfer her information and put in another SIM card. She asked him why it cost that much and he responded by saying it is what it is. This is not how you talk to customers. It makes me want to take my business elsewhere.

Terrible customer service. My father left in tears after both employees rudely refused to troubleshoot his phone. Not even sure why this location is still open

They are very rude and disrespectful everytime I try to pay my bill. They sometimes lie to customers telling them that the system is down when they don't want to help them. They need new workers who are customer friendly and respectful. They are not.

Me and my cousin was in there yesterday because her iPhone XR needed a new SIM card so he put the SIM card in her iPhone and he never registered to Sim card with the phone so he told us the phone is no good then he proceeded to sell us an android phone for $176 and to top it all off never gave us a receipt so I called the customer service and they told me that there was nothing wrong with my cousins phone and he made her change her phone number so we will never go back into the store ever again very poor customer service.
