On April 27,2021,we went to this t-mobile store and a male sales representative accepted us. He was very impatient and showed attitude. He refused to assist us just by making a call. If we can solve the problem by ourselves why shall we come to the store? We have been t-mobile customers for ten years and paid about $150 every month, so is this the customer service we deserve to have? Fine! Bye T-mobile! You lose us!

They are very racist and rude, the workers are Chinese and they treat people very badly, they are not empathetic or help with the problem you have and I have a baby of 1 year and 5 months they told me that if I wanted to go in with him I should put a mask on him. They made me pass for a while, I won't go again

This store is the most blatantly racist place for all Hispanics and African Americans in this neighborhood. I read all the previous comments on Yelp and they are absolutely right about how racist these employees at this T-mobile are. They purposely lie to your face, help customers that are of their race... The customer service rep by the name of Yi blatantly lied to us about having a T-mobile product. I pay for my bill like everyone else and the color of my skin should not define the disgusting and uncomfortable experience that I have had here. T-mobile, you should really be ashamed of hiring racist employees like Yi... I will not be back and to all my black and brown brothers and sisters, you shouldn't return either. If we learn to not tolerate racism at any store, maybe these companies can start respecting us as well.

The customer service representative Yi was the most unprofessional customer service representative that I have ever encountered with T-mobile. I came to T-mobile for a simple fix. I wanted to replace my screen protector for my iPhone 11. Yi and his representative skipped us in the line to offer assistance to someone that came after us. Yi rudely and obnoxiously stated to us that he refused to serve us despite paying for the service to have the screen protector replaced. He continued to speak in his language with his colleagues, laughing at us which made us feel very uncomfortable as customers. He continued to state that there was not any screen protectors available. Attached are pictures of the protector we needed as proof of the lies that Yi told us. There were different customers there and the T-mobile reps were arguing with all of them! I would even go as far to say that this store is absolutely racist to their black and brown customers. We went to the T-mobile on 5th Avenue in which we were helped and the screen protector was replaced quickly and efficiently using the same protector that Yi refused to serve. The 5th ave location served us incredibly and I am very thankful for that. Unfortunately, I was so disgusted with my experience at the 8th Avenue location. I pray that it goes under new management because the way Yi behaved is a reflection on the management as well as the entire team. I was disgusted with this encounter and I would not recommend any paying and loyal customer to return to this location until there is a change in the behavior that is clearly accepted and tolerated by T-mobile.
