Great experience. The Sales associate was able resolve and fix my phone issue , with great ease, even though, I am not Metro PCS customer. The fee to fix my phone was fair. And my wait time was not unbearable.

Customer service at this T-Mobile location was great. They listened to my problem, ran a test on my phone then offered suggestions to the problem I was experiencing. I felt satisfied my problem was resolved.

I went in inquiring about my phone service not working well, they said i was due for a upgrade. They sold me a piece of garbage that they called an upgrade where apps dont work properly and theres barely any volume. And they wouldnt let me return it right after i bought it. Place is a scam, STAY AWAY

Was blatantly and repeatedly lied to by employees at this location. Stay away! Do not purchase a phone from this shop. Filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

Mark and Yaya were polite and knowledgeable. The door barely closed behind me before Yaya greeted me and let me know she'd be with me shortly. This is officially my Metro PCS store!

Such bad customer service, maybe if they weren't on their phone the whole time they would actually have customers, aside from those there to buy a phone. If you need any help or have any questions they always just tell you to call metropcs customer service.

I broke my phone only a week of getting it. I went to metro in newkirk plaza but they didn't have anything. There cellar displays was basically empty. I was so in a panic for a new phone (cause I pretty much can't live without it).. driving around i stopped at this metro pcs and I just stay: Great customer service. The salesman Charles was very pleasant and helpful with all of my questions. (And boy, I do have a lot of questions especially buying a $800 phone). the store was fully stock. However the phone I wanted needed to be ordered. The manager Mr.Zee came to the store to help further assist in making sure my phone was available.. the service was fast and pleasant. I recieved my new phone within 2 days. Just was disappointed I wasn't able to insure my phone afterwards. But whatever.. I have a phone now.
